Order a Samsung Soundbar at exceptional value, their system has a very clear option for choosing your delivery date and it arrived in less than 48hrs. Best delivery I've seen for a while, can't comment on Customer Service or returns but I will be using their company again!

I ordered a TV from Reliant Direct about 2 weeks ago.
I received a called about 4 days prior to despatch, to confirm with me that the item that I had ordered was an open box item and was I aware of that?! I advised them that I wasn’t and that this was my mistake……before I could even say anything else I was offered a brand new item, a newer model at the same price. I was really chuffed. I was told that I would get a text from the couriers the night before with a 2 hour time slot (I did). I was told that they would call when they were around 390mins away (they did) and in fact they were about an hour early…which suited us for the school run. All round fabulous service and I would defo buy from them again, You would not get this level of service at Currys!!
