  Very clean and fresh, beds were comfy , location was really good very quiet five minute walk to north pair we stayed for two nights. Continental breakfast was lovely we got a full breakfast at the cafe not a minutes walk away for £3 with discount from reception one morning. Would definitely stay again nice friendly people who are there if you need them but leave you to do your own thing really enjoyed our stay X x

  Good location, very close to the beach. Room is newly done up so is very nice and clean. The included continental breakfast is good, toast, Cereal, Cereal bars, small muffins, orange juice etc. The only complaint I have is the WiFi is not great. Perhaps it's because I'm staying on the top floor. I do realise that it depends on how many people are using WiFi at the same time. Overall the stay so far have been great and I would recommend it to family and friends.
