- Jed Broadbent Review added: 2018.09.27★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Took my phone here when it stopped charging , they first charged me £10 for a " booking in fee" which he said was for trying to fix the charging point and I was to come back in a couple of hours to see if it was fixed. When I returned he said it wasn't fixed and I'd need a new one which he'd order for a couple of days which I agreed , after having it replaced my phone isn't working properly it seems they've damaged something to do with the touch screen side of the computer because my phones now got a mind of its own were it skips songs and videos ,closes apps, left me stuck in download mode plus a lot of other things too long to explain , RE setting to factory settings hasn't fixed this and after reading the reviews I'm not going to go back and complain I don't think I'll be able to control my temper with his arrogant attitude so my advice is to AVOID
- Damian Shaw Review added: 2018.03.16★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I thought it was just me that considered Philip Brown to be arrogant and rude, until I saw all his terrible reviews on here and realised I am not alone in my opinion of him, his attitude to his customers is shocking to say the least, very threatening in his manner, as a fellow scouser (he is scouse) I consider him an embarrassment to all the decent Scouse lads out there, as it is an attitude like his that brings our city shame.
The initial issue was actually with my friend who bought an iPhone charger 6 weeks ago, it developed a fault and he refused to replace it, first of all saying that we hadn't bought it at his shop , then basically called me a liar.
There is a pattern to Phil's behaviour that evidently spans several years reading these reviews.
To summarise, he is obnoxious, dishonest and rude and I advise you to AVOID this shop at all costs.
The charger lead that was faulty was only five quid, but that's not the point.
The fact that he was so cocky and arrogant really annoyed me, he is not a nice man at all.
