We booked to go and attend a family birthday in July, shortly after booking I received an email to confirm details of the travelling party.
After confirming we are 6 males they said it’s in there terms and conditions not to allow us to stay at the hotel.
What I find incredible however is they will not return the money they have taken from us, we have paid them £150, lynbar will not let us stay at the hotel based on our gender but will not refund the money we have paid to them.
How is it possible to charge would be customers for a hotel room, wave the terms and conditions in there face to void the booking but not refund the money back to the customer?
