I asked for ombré layered Bob and was given ginger roots and 1 length granny Bob! I was so embarrassed I just paid, I could they out there quick enough and had to colour it again and get a mobile hairdresser round that night to recut it! Les was obnoxious and arrogant and had no customer skills what so ever please beware
