  Very bad experience with Jon from this company.
  I only live 8 miles from 1st mobile I bought a sim on ebay which was a memorable number.
  I only paid £4.99 which was a brilliant deal..
  Paid and waited for the item to arrive from Blackpool sorting office to Fleetwood.....
  Just 8 miles....Unfortunately it never arrived in the post so I filed a claim asking for a replacement.
  Jon refunded me the £4.99 instead of a replacement
  
  So I thought well it can't have gone far and phone royal mail who explained that if an item gets lost in the post or it's undelivered it will be opened or eventually reach it's location.
  failing that it would be returned back to the sender......
  
  I've waited months in the hope that it would indeed arrive.
  Such a shame that it hasn't. I was quite willing to send the £4.99 back to 1st mobile if the sim turned up......
  
  So I left negative feedback for the item saying that it never arrived etc.
  
  Next thing i know i'm getting an inbox from Jon at 1st Mobile calling my behaviour ignorant and also calling me an idiot.
  
  Well if this is the type of person I was willing to do business with I must be an idiot.
  He also pointed out that he'd like to give me a bad review on my business even though he's never purchased anything from me or had any dealing as a buyer..... Tit for Tat....
  
  Well be warned if you complain your liable to get abusive messages calling you names.
  
  So Jon from 1st Mobile..... here is you named and shamed..... Tt Tt I'm sure there is a W and an A missing somewhere form the middle of that last remark...
