After making an appointment for my house to be valued they didn't turn up although the person making the appointment had my mobile number. After contacting the office was told it was put in the wrong diary and could l make a new appointment giving three alternative days and times to them they were not able to accommodate me. After the way I was treated the least they could do was go out of their way to help. Perhaps the person making the appointments needs more training. People are busy and not only lose time but money. I have now contacted another agency who have a much better professional attitude.
